Return shipment

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so by sending us an email at info@safescaffoldliftspecialist.com. Once the order is on its way or being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to return the order.

Returns/Cooling-off Period

You have the legal right to notify us of your intention to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can do this by sending an email to info@safescaffoldliftspecialist.com. You are not required to provide a reason, but your feedback can help us improve our service. After you have sent a return request, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product.

  • Note! The shipping costs for returning the order are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return requests or exchanges sent later than 14 days after receipt will not be processed.
  • The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within approximately one week after we have received your returned order. For refunds of pre-paid amounts, we also need your bank account number. International customers should also provide their IBAN and BIC numbers. If the product is returned undamaged, we will refund your purchase amount minus shipping costs.
